The Sport of Being Human

I believe life is the ultimate sport

We are all athletes learning to play it.

And these are the matches that led me to be the person who I am today

I am Santi, and these are my stories…

The kid who watched everything.

I imitated teachers, classmates, even the way people walked.
I discovered something that would shape my life: a deep fascination with people, how we think, feel, struggle and grow.

Traveling built adaptability

Moving countries from a very early age taught me that:
every new place is like a new match, different conditions same player.
You adapt, you learn, you grow.

Sports were not enjoyable

Sport entered in my life strongly. Both my parents were PE teachers (you know what it means?)

And, believe or not, I had a a very bad temper, I lost focus with ease and I got frustrated very quickly

An Introspective Journey began

So I Graduated in Sport Psychology, and the funny things is that, initially, I didn’t consider to help athletes.
I studied it to understand myself.

But this was not enough…

I will be there for you

I realised that the fears, doubts and mistakes I went through
could help someone else feel less alone.

That’s when my purpose became clear:
to help others navigate pressure with more clarity, confidence and self-belief.

The Sport of Being Human

The Sport of Being Human is the belief that life, like sport, constantly presents us with pressure, uncertainty, setbacks and growth.

We cannot control every result, but we can train how we respond. To compete well in sport is to learn how to navigate the human experience with clarity, resilience and commitment.

Join me in this process; a journey where you will grow not only as an athlete, but as a human being.
